Xci files are dumped of the game cart and they are usually larger in size. Nsp files are commonly used. Go with nsp files. 3.yeah plenty of tools that convert across all formats, you can install nca's directly as well through tinfoil etc. you can bundle nca into nsp's but most people don't bother though unless the game has a ton of separate dlc's as nca's already (since updates are cumulative) 1.
