For some reason it just perma canceled sneak attack triggers (no matter the weapon being used, even with a bow), even after un-equipping, long resting, and respeccing. Solution: If it was a toggle - they'd have to move it to the same place as attack of opportunity maybe, then it would be: Toggle On - next hit attack does sneak attack damage. However the two weapon fighting style modifier would also be removed from off-hand attacks ( it might and honestly should be removed) unless you had the fighting style. #1.

I don't think so because sneak attacks are their own actions, however sneak attack damage is also a reaction so possibly throwing a finesse weapon with conditions met will proc the reaction, however I have not tested this.
