Ford f150 stereo not working.

2009 F150 Radio won't turn on. I just bought a 2009 F150 XLT and when you first start it up on the Radio display it says Built Ford Tough and then it si supposed to fade away and allow the radio to work. Mine fades for a second and pops back up and WON'T allow the radio/cd/aux to play at all.Go to cargurus.com. Some for &-150 radios took it of ,dismantled the radio and ‘cooked’ the main card in the oven. 10 min at 175 deg. Then 8 min at 385 deg. Put the main pc on a piece of cardboard with the solder side on the cardboard . Leave 1 hour in the cooling oven before removing. It worked for a lot of them.The system may need to be restarted. To restart your system, shut down the engine, open and close the door, and then lock the door and wait for 2-3 minutes. Make sure that your SYNC 3 screen is black and the lighted USB port is off. SYNC 3 is not able to download my phonebook. This is a cell phone-dependent feature.The fuse was located inside the cab under the dash, it was a 10 amp (red)fuse at the very bottom of the panel.
