Its not the highest damage build, but you bring a good amount of cc for break bars and you have a stunbreak (lying on the ground for 2 seconds is not cool with squishy thief). I also keep the build for tier 4 fractals, since those are still pretty casual. Just for challenge fractals and raids youll need something else.

Ok, I've been playing around with the build in the OP long enough to recommend it. Only adjustment I would make is using withdraw as the heal. It works better because even though short bow is ranged you end up playing pretty close to your targets to make use of steal/the caltrops from uncatchable, and lotus training.Builds meant for general open world play.
