What is the TSB or best way to fix it. Here is the video. Sorry but today was new phone and I didn't know all the buttons and video recording features of new OS.

Such an old Van. Back in 2001, owners had problem with "sticking" door liners. Some owners, even broke the door handle, trying to open the door. Various owners used "lubricants" to fix. It’s a $200 part to replace. Or you could try cleaning and lubrications the 4 internal micro switches in the latch. It is a failure of the door release actuator (not the door lock actuator). There should be a number of threads on here about it... Hi, i was finally able to solve the puzzle, it turned up to be a hanging/sticky spring that was preventing the latch from latching. after cleaning it and greasing it, everything is back to normal and the sliding door is working again. i re-used a picture from this forum to show the spring i had to ...Order a replacement roller assembly.
