It's expected behaviour that as you type in a Contact Field in Dynamic View, it will bring up possible selections by having all the users in your company's plan available to select in a drop-down list. To adjust what this list shows, you can restrict the values in the Contact List column within the source sheet.Smartsheet cannot reference or add date to another sheet except by cell linking. There are 3rd party apps like zapier or azqua thst may be able to be used. I agree it's a manual process, but to speed it along, I'd fix the template then use CTRL-A (select all) and CTRL-C (copy) to copy the new drop-down list. Then in the old sheets dropdown lists, use CTRL-A, Backspace, CTRL-V to select all, delete, paste.Answers.
