When I got it back and tried using it I had zero-zip-nada low-end throttle response. I mean below 2000 rpm it would not outpull a bicycle. The more-radical-than-stock cam didn't help.

Turn the nut until the fuel level just barely starts to trickle out of the side hole. Tighten the screw on top of the nut. Put the side plug back in. Thats it!
