We have a similar problem with our 2130. We installed a temporary guage between the main pressure line and the steering column. It read 2000 PSI. So, it is believed that the priority valve is OK. Tech manual said to raise and lower the 3pth a few times to empty the reservoir above the front pump. Once this is done, the guage dropped to 1000 psi.
