Kiava Gamma itself is a large dungeon that's crawling with enemies. There's also a companion quest involving Heinrix, which we won't discuss here. We do advise you to complete it before leaving the dungeon. Prepare to spend at least a couple of hours exploring this dungeon. You do need to reach a secret room in the eastern portion.
