My 2014 CR-V has this problem at 34, 022 miles. This is a safety hazard as the driver side blows cool air and is not able to defrost the windshield. Seems to be either an issue with the blower motor or the resistor. Honda did a warranty repair on the blower motor when I first got it. A little over a year later, it started doing it again. I took the blower motor out, cleaned it and put it back and it was fine for a few months.
