The K-Supreme has a light that flashes until you do it. My first one descaled a couple times light wouldn't turn off. Use bottled water, so put electrical tape over it. Keurig replaced. 2nd one, descale light came on after a few days. Opened pod holder, started smoking, unplugged, plugged back in, power no more.
