Clients go into groups. Then you assign adlists and domains selectively to the groups as desired. All the adlists and domains automatically assign to the default group. You have to manually reassign them to other groups.Once you're in the Adlists page, you should see a list of all the adlists you have added to your PiHole. Short non techie answer: They block them in different ways. Ublock blocks by scanning content in a website essentially "reading" the page, PiHole blocks by blocking adverts at source (without "reading" the content). If the advert and the video come from the same source, PiHole can't block the ads, but ublock can.Careful: Its always FLUSHING the adlist table before its adding the new ones..
