The Edison Food Lab was the best restaurant I’ve ever eaten at. Coming from a chef and food and beverage director background, I’m constantly disappointed at the majority of cookie cutter restaurants. This one has separated itself from the crowd. Each item on their menu was a masterpiece, including the cocktails. Highly recommend this place..
