2. I know full well that 1911s/2011s are higher maintenance than Glocks, etc, so, they need a higher level of workmanship. Staccato could have thrown parts at it, hoping I would go away. I'm sure they could have glossed over something with the slide release, etc to make it work, lowering the reliability, etc.
