Almost every other catted downpipe on the market is also 200cell but they all throw a code, have no guarantee, but are 75% less than the Fabspeed.

You're not going to notice much aside from throttle response and a deeper note/louder burbles. If you were going to tune then I would say a downpipe is 100% worth it.

Anecdotally--I had a 2009 n54 335i and all it had was an intercooler and OTS Stg1 MHD tune, and it definitely felt slightly faster than my current 2016 340i with OTS Stg1 BM3 in the same configuration (RWD, MT).
